Pros

COVID-19 handled very well, good PTO and paid holidays, decent benefits.

Cons

Very sales heavy environment, consistently hiring sales executives but do not provide support teams, not hiring for support, support teams are very overwhelmed and put in a lot of OT, however no one is permitted to report or use OT on their time sheets, management doesn't care, upper management is condescending and spoiled, no guidance from management and even less guidance from HR representatives, you could spend hours upon hours researching how something should be done with no resolution and then get reprimanded for not completing your task, training is non-existent, new employees are thrown to the wolves with a good luck sentiment, very high stress, they have a lot of great employees who are loyal and dedicated, but they are losing them due to high stress, lack of support, and uncaring attitude. Look elsewhere.

Pros

Good benefits, good data warehouse, friendly people, good sales process.

Cons

Very evident that the shareholders come first. People are going at 110% so a lot of mistakes happen. Support among teams is lacking,
