Pros
Remote work, Flexible with personal appointments
Cons
No yearly raises Unorganized Training Low wages The biggest problem with USI is that they're are no yearly raises. The only way to get paid is to constantly move departments but that's subject to your current managers approval. There is constant turnover so get used to being short staffed and overworked. The training is very unorganized. There is constant misinformation from management and when it's recinded there is no accountability for information being relayed without properly checking to see if it is correct. The company is mostly telework now, however, they will try to make you come in the office sometimes if you are local to an office. The rest of your team will be in six different states and are still logging from home, so you see why that does not make sense and is overall unfair. The overall wages are pretty low but they expect a 6 figure salary work ethic out of you.
