Pros
The two different managers I worked under were very approachable, kind, warm, and great to work with. There was a good kitchen area, with a lot of space and room to either eat in groups or take the time by yourself. The location was one of the best parts, right on the quay, when the weather was nice you could go out and walk around, get some sun.
Cons
As every office has, there was quite a bit of cliques and gossip. It was hard to be the new person. Not all staff members were very approachable, and the managers often let the most verbal members make the biggest decisions as not to upset them. There was quite a bit of bullying, especially to non-irish members. They were treated as outsiders and not as equals. Also, there was no time and a half for working weekends or overtime.
