Co-workers, management, and upper level executives are all friendly, respectful and really do care about you. The work/life balance is great, and compensation is very fair given your skill level. If you are accepting an entry level position then no, you should not expect top level pay. However, there is plenty of room to grow and prove yourself. There are many different departments to move into. The work can be challenging and fulfilling.

In comparison to previous employers and positions, I have not experienced any real cons here.

- ERP system was archaic at the time; there was a plan to upgrade that kept experiencing delays - Leadership reactive instead of proactive - Short and long term outlook not clearly communicated
