I have been associated with UST for almost 12 years, starting my journey as a Tester and currently serving as a Senior Project Manager. Throughout my career, I have received continuous encouragement to take on new responsibilities, learn new skills, and move into leadership roles. I have had opportunities to work across different domains, engage with global clients, and grow both technically and managerially. What makes UST special is the trust it places in its employees and the collaborative culture that exists across teams.
