They have Good number of Social/cultural activities for the employees whi ch helps in balancing work life. They will oiffer good salary while joining.
Cons
There are Hundereds of things to say. All can't be written : 1. Dress code - everyday with a tie in a Pure formal waer, No casual wears, check, or stripes allowed, only pin stripe u can wear which is weird. You feel more salesman than an engineer. Even people are being fired on the policy of dress codes if violated. so biased. 2. They hire any and every employee from the ground, Even Rejected people by techical persons are hired by managers in the spree of Getting the billing from the clients. Its horrible. More than Half of the peopel looks Dumb in those cases. Its horrible to deal with. 3. Managers and Hrs Get work from Home, but for employees its not avaialble. Not sure whta they deal with it. 4. Most of the Managers are Dumbs/not eligible to handle team, just roam around without any work , but no audit happens with them. Its pretty difficult to find technical managers here. 5. Policies doesnot applicable for them, whenever they want they can change it, if you say anything u ll be fired. Many more to say....Never think of joining here except drastic situations.
