Pros
US Cellular provides a team oriented environment. Support is always available with workload, and in resolving any questions that may arise. Leaders want to know what's working, and what's NOT working. The work life balance at USCC is unprecedented in my experience, and it's so valuable to me to have that. There's a great level of trust as well. We are able to work autonomously, without leaders constantly hovering over our shoulders. And I'm always being told by doctors offices that our benefits are better than what they usually see in other patient's plans. And those benefits start from day one. Tuition reimbursement is available as well. Leaders also encourage growth and advancement within the company.
Cons
Senior management makes decisions that don't always work out as planned, and they struggle with learning from those mistakes. It seems as though some ventures aren't fully thought through, and implementation can be challenging. However, recent staffing changes in Senior Management have brought about improvements in this area.
