Since I started about 3 years ago now, I have seen 3 of my fellow employees move from Sales positions to management, or management to upper management. Management is very dedicated to improving your sales performance. Goals set and adjusted as needed.
Cons
Long hiring process with or without a employee referral. Because the open hours tend to be 1.5 shift (10-8) including weekends, the scheduled hours can result in a feeling of working the day away.
