Pros
Company has values and actually lives by them. One of the values is true superior customer service. This one was important to me being in a sales position. It is hard to be the front face for a company when that company only cares about the bottom line. US Cellular made it almost easy to take care of the customer. I would work for them again in a heartbeat. They have great training opportunities and they help you fulfill your career goals. My coworkers and management teams were great.
Cons
For me it was the fluctuating hours and the evenings and weekends but as I prepared for this before applying it worked out well.
