Pros
Benefits are very good, especially considering part-time employees receive them including vacation. A few years ago there was decent two way communication allowed. If you do well in sales, you can make decent money with commission.
Cons
Where to start: first off, a big thanks to Mary for jumping ship after she sold half the company, fired hundreds more to "become more efficient", oh, and also received a large bonus. Depending on your position, the retail aspect gets very tiring, ie: nights, weekends, and working with the public. There is no longer an open communication feel, and employees are extremely burnt out. Everything from the companies policies to products are becoming oddly similar to Verizon (can someone say buyout). My advice would be to get out if you are still there, and if you're considering a job try and look elsewhere. There is little to no advancement opportunity either.
