Pros
Good hourly pay and benefits are ok. You meet alot of different people daily. Hours are like normal retail hours. The co workers are sometimes great to work with.
Cons
Management is not understanding. They are only numbers driven with no human caring side to them even in this tough economy. Even if you hit your goals they find a way to bring you down. They always want you in trouble so they have a reason at anytime to let you go. You always wonder if the next day you'll have a job there. The company cannot compete with big wireless carriers like att or Verizon etc. They rely on partner coverage to make their money and limit customers. This company is the low end of the industry and they think they are one of the top dogs and expect you to sell to everyone even if they don't want to buy. There is alot of back stabbing and alot of social politics of who gets better treatment than the others for example scheduling etc. This company over the last couple of years has changed in a huge negative way. They want your full devotion to the company they call the "dynamic organization" which is a bunch of bull. There is nothing dynamic about them or their services. They lie to customers about service issues because they can't seem to maintain or upgrade their towers efficiently. Your work life balance is definitely not there so if you want to have free time there's very little of that. The management is the biggest down fall. They lie to you and say they never said things that they clearly did. They treat you like a child and hover over you while your trying to do your job. Your work is never good enough for them. So don't be fooled by their good talking job listing cause to be totally completely honest. They are a trashy company and will bring nothing but a huge stress into your life. Take my words for what you will but it is the truth. Beware.
