Pros
Great benefits. Amazing supervisor. Excellent team. Great work environment. Training is great. The supervisors I had while there were fair and truly cared about their employees.
Cons
Work-life balance was not on par. Company used to prefer to hire from within but in the last couple years they have been looking over the current employees and hiring from the outside.
