Pros
The environment and camaraderie was great. It was a fairly laid back job.
During peak season ( November to January) they would occasionally order food in for the staff.
Starting out the Pay is about average for the job field. If you are full time they offer quarterly bonus’
Cons
During Peak season you are expected to work 6 days a week for 12 hours or more, so don’t plan on having a life.
If you are remotely attractive, you’ll get hit on constantly. When grievances were made to HR about the unprofessionalism of some - it was swept under the rug.
Not much room for furthering your career, and it takes an act of a higher power for them to let someone go if they have been there longer than 6 months.
