Diversity center was great to work at. Had a lot to learn and grow from, was able to take charge creatively with marketing. Inclusive and inviting space.

No cons that I remember.

I just love getting really good at looking busy—like mastering the art of switching tabs the second someone walks by or nodding seriously at my screen like something very important is happening.

This campus is completely chaotic—management does nothing, supervision is like children playing in a sandbox, unstable leadership runs the show, some employees are somehow approved to work from other states (which seems questionable), a few sane people spend all day sending memos nonstop, the rest seem detached or checked out, and a few dedicated folks even drive an hour just to be part of this circus. Everyone else spends the day pretending to keep up and pretending to respect the unstable creatures crawling the halls of UW 1 Building just to avoid losing their minds.
