Pros
UW Health is a great organization with a strong mission and overall positive work culture. My home unit was very supportive, collaborative, and well-managed, which made the job enjoyable and rewarding. Coworkers were kind and helpful, and I felt valued as part of the team. Great place to gain healthcare experience.
Cons
Work culture and management vary significantly by unit. Floating was often challenging, as some units had less supportive or even hostile environments. Experiences can be inconsistent depending on leadership and unit culture.
