Pay $1320 a year for parking, very small raises, hard to move up because they only allow so many senior techs and the regular techs are encouraged NOT to troubleshoot- they are instructed to go to a senior tech for that.
Merit based raises - point system and only so many people can get highest rating- which they look at how many projects and what extra you do- but if you aren’t a senior tech you can let do certain projects so they set u up for small raise and it’s not fair.
New grads are making similar to what 10-14 year techs are making.
