Good teammate, can learnt how to manage time in a stress and not healthy way

Too much workload, too strict, want quality result but time given is too short and not based on the developer timeline, developer can suggest timeline but your sv will reject and give new timeline shorter than proposed one, lunch hour only 50 minutes
