We appreciate your participation in identifying the pros & cons. Honest opinions are always welcome at UXReactor, and we value feedback from our teammates and alums. As you already know, we are a high-performing team driven by our core values and mission to Drive Business Value through design. We need highly motivated and aligned teammates to get to our mission, which requires pushing boundaries, questioning the status quo, and selflessly helping other teammates to grow. We understand that for a few pushing boundaries becomes challenging and many cannot cope with the pace.
We always aim to lead by experience. Every teammate who wants to grow, drives value, pushes their boundaries, and focuses on achieving the best outcomes for personal, intellectual, and overall organizational growth is highly rewarded and incentivized at UXReactor. We flexed our processes and policies and went above and beyond to help our teammates personally. For example, when they needed monetary support for higher education, health issues in the family, or a complete paid long vacation to re-energize. We did that in the past and will do that now and in the future.
We understand that we parted ways as we were not the right match, and we believe it is good for both of us. No organizations are perfect until the people in the system take them close to perfection! It is a challenging process, but it is achievable. Once again, we thank you for your honest opinions.
