-Great Pay -Management willing to go to bat for you -Flexible schedule -Great work/life balance

-Not much opportunity for growth. I was hired remotely as a contracted employee with the goal of becoming full-time, but I live in the Tampa area and the full-time position that was offered to me required me to either relocate to a different state or spend 3 days a week in Miami, neither of which is sustainable for me. They refused to allow me to remain remotely employed.
