Pros
Annual Bonus based on years with company. My department works well together. Supporting each other when we need help. Celebrating each other's accomplishments both at work and in our personal lives.
Cons
1 person is expected to do the job of 6 people. I expected to handle in bound customer support calls but find I must have technical support, quote sale's orders. Place orders handle freight damage and defect claims and meet a bi-weekly sales quota of $50,000. Not all departments work as well together as the one I am in.
