Sometimes in a remote role you can feel like you are in a silo. That is not the case here. The sales teams can be thousands of miles apart but we are constantly communicating and never feel like we are a team of one.

Pros

They care about their people and try to do what's in the best interest of the people. Lots of perks from at cost furniture for employees, lunches/breakfast provided regularly, and regular prize give aways. Great breakroom with its own mini store.

Cons

Pay is average and benefits could use improvement.
