Pros
Made many other companies to deal in cash
Cons
Over the past few years, there have been no structured appraisals or formal performance reviews in our organisation. Employees are working continuously without any clarity on growth, increments, or recognition. This has created visible demotivation and uncertainty across teams. Despite the company’s strong market presence and public recognition as a “Top Employer,” the on-ground employee experience does not reflect that image. Welfare measures, engagement initiatives, and transparent communication channels are almost non-existent. The culture feels highly authoritative, where employees hesitate to share honest feedback due to fear of consequences. I sincerely hope the leadership and HR at the parent company take a closer look at the real workplace environment — especially in the manufacturing units — and reintroduce transparent appraisal systems, employee grievance redressal mechanisms, and welfare initiatives that genuinely reflect a “best employer” culture. A great company is not defined only by its awards or profits but by how it treats its people, especially those working quietly at the ground level.
