Pros
Flexible work timings, Good facilities, Excellent fellow colleagues, Good training and learning period for freshers, Plenty of activities arranged besides work, Many events you can participate in.
Cons
Long work hours- if you work a 10am-7pm shift, you will almost always leave after 8.30, or even as late as 9 or 10pm. No compensation or over time for working so late EVERY SINGLE DAY. A lot of favoritism. No scope for growth- except if you can really butter your manager. One of the biggest concerns is the pay packages offered. They are very low and they don't get better with time or experience in the company- I have seen people here who have worked for 10-12 years and still earn very very less.
