Pros

Technology is very good, it's really one of the main areas of growth in the recent past and that looks better for the future. You'll probably know many customers, partners and 3rd party technologies. It will allow you to grow on this sense.

Cons

Culturally has gone from good to bad, from bad to worse and from worse to worst. Continuous internal fights to self appear. Too many "humbles" in every speech shows that there is really few real humble people in the company. Lastly exec joining from big companies made UiPath no longer a startup oriented company. Not retaining talent and good people and not reacting to poisoned people. Big bubble company.

The absolute most abysmal Customer Success Leadership in the Industry. No formal onboarding for a program over 6 years in flight. Former CS leader dropping F bombs on town halls, fumbling through a disarray of clumsy slides month over month with changing priorities and go to market initiatives. New CS Leader kicks off the Fiscal Year talking about themself first, versus listening and understanding the current state. And follows up unable to address concerns raised on a town hall about misalignment between Sales & CS. It’s only going to get worse. Day to day riddled with every collaboration tool in production between Sales & CS, adding to no standardization and further communication breakdown. Zero cohesion & partnership within CS cross Industry, Siloed with brick walls between. Silent RIFs and PIPs are a reality.
