New CS Leader kicks off the Fiscal Year talking about themself first, versus listening and understanding the current state. And follows up unable to address concerns raised on a town hall about misalignment between Sales & CS. It’s only going to get worse. Day to day riddled with every collaboration tool in production between Sales & CS, adding to no standardization and further communication breakdown.
