Pros
I have successfully completed my initial two weeks at the company, and I would like to highlight several positive aspects of my experience: -Exceptional Onboarding: My onboarding process was truly remarkable. I received invaluable assistance from numerous individuals who were not only highly knowledgeable but also exceptionally accommodating. I would like to express my gratitude to individuals such as Federica from the HR department, Pablo from the IT team, Juanita from the B2C division and more people that spend time to help us. Their prompt and considerate responses to my numerous inquiries made me feel exceptionally welcome and facilitated a seamless integration into the organization. -Project Alignment: The project I am currently involved in aligns perfectly with my expectations. It is characterized by a dynamic and passionate team dedicated to the success of the project and the company as a whole. The commitment and enthusiasm exhibited by my colleagues are truly commendable, as they go above and beyond to ensure the company's success.
Cons
I'd like to mention an observation that, while not necessarily a negative opinion, could be seen as a challenge by some individuals(for me it's a perfect challenge): -Non-Conventional Approach: It's worth noting that this company doesn't conform to the traditional, well-established patterns and structures found in many organizations. This flexibility and adaptability have allowed the company to navigate uncharted waters, as not every possible situation has been pre-defined. This approach necessitates a degree of improvisation and adaptability over time. Personally, I find this aspect to be invigorating, as it presents a daily challenge that motivates me to continually push my boundaries. However, for those who prefer a more structured and rule-based work environment, it might require some adjustment.
