It is a laid-back atmosphere and the employees are valued. There is a lot of freedom and room for growth within the company. They are very flexible. They provide snacks and water bottles. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. There is a lot of collaboration within the company.

Management allows you to move up within the company. They put a lot of trust in their employees and expect results. If you deliver, they reward you. Hours are 9-5, but management is very understanding when it comes to outside engagements and appointments. PTO and other bonuses are rewarded to the employees when they hit their quarterly goals. Management has also taken employees to different sporting events as a reward. A very laid back office atmosphere. Everyone is very friendly and they work well as a team. Office lunches are often bought by management as well to reward hard work. Any benefits you may need (medical, dental, etc) are offered to all employees. You get to meet awesome athletes and celebrities and different signings and shows. Sales teams busts their butt and sales numbers continue to climb.
