Everyday at UE is a little different. You quickly build strong friendships with the other office staff. The office runs at a fast pace, and demands quality work from everyone. It is a rewarding and fun place to work.

I would have liked to have more PTO but their policies are pretty par for the course of small businesses. On the other hand they are extremely flexible and I never had a vacation request denied. No really a con more of a trade-off.

The job itself is fun if you like interacting with kids, parents, and coaches.

They provide extremely little training. You might be put in 95-103 degree weather without proper shade for multiple hours.
