Great people No blame culture Access to senior management team No micromanagement Trust in employees Ability to shape career and get support from the business to do so Client focus but at the same time remember the business is here to make a profit Honest management - no hiding behind things Easy to put ideas across and things are implemented well in general
Cons
fairly small business so although you may want to progress may not always be a role available As a small business only key office locations which can mean remote working - works for some not others but well supported when remote including good equipment and tech
