      The ability to work from home Tuesday Thursday and Friday.

      Cons

      Has gone downhill. Cannot keep good staff, puts to much pressure on staff members for metrics. Micromanaging.

      Remote, fun environment, career advancement

      Cons

      Strict/unrealistic monthly performance goals which are based on the number of interviews and hires you get. If goals are not meet, you can be written up or terminated. Mentally and emotionally demanding which can lead to burn out, especially if you’re dealing with your own personal challenges.
