It's okay... - Admissions Representative Ultimate Medical Academy Employee Review

Pros

Remote Good Pay (base and raises) Good culture (dependent on the manager) Training Tech provided Schedule PTO Health insurance

Cons

Leads/Lead flow. The Admissions job is call center/sales. The leads that you get are very wishy washy unless you're new to the company; new hires tend to get better leads. The metrics are UNATTAINABLE unless you're a new hire. The company NEEDS to procure better leads to make sure we can do our jobs to the best of our abilities.

Pros

Remote, fun environment, career advancement

Cons

Strict/unrealistic monthly performance goals which are based on the number of interviews and hires you get. If goals are not meet, you can be written up or terminated. Mentally and emotionally demanding which can lead to burn out, especially if you’re dealing with your own personal challenges.
