Pros

This company will pay you well if you work your butt off. It also has a salary guarantee of about $42,500 which is quite nice. Once you do enough sessions per month, you can make more than this but you have to do more than 90 sessions per month to make more than this figure. Its a lot of work and a lot of hours, but the pay is pretty solid relative to the rest of the industry.

Cons

Not much work/life balance. Ultimate Performance very much has "their way" of doing things, so if you're looking to work at a place where you kind of feel like you're own boss and you're building your own business, this place is not it. Their focus is SOLELY on drastic body composition change such that nutrition coaching is like 90% of the job. The work culture is very much, "put your head down, work your butt off, and you'll get recognized." Not necessarily a bad thing, but maybe not for me. Oh and I forgot this biggest con: you work every Saturday. Literally 6 days a week EVERY week, especially if you're trying to make more than that $42,500 per year. It's sort of a half day on Saturday, but you are working 6 days a week every week essentially. Benefits are more or less non-existent and PTO is 5 days.
