Pros

Decent work environment and benefits

Cons

Dismissive management, favoritism culture, pay does not keep up with skills or tenure. New hires are paid close to the same or more than people who has been at the company for years. Others with the same skillset or less get promoted into specialized roles, while high performers get left in the dust. Communication between departments, even intra-departmentally is terrible. Upper management will make changes that affect the employees at the bottom of the chain the most but will not communicate the changes until after they've taken place.
