Remote work Paid certificates Not having to go to office

Cons

No guidance whatsoever High churn rate by abusing probationary period where they hire tons of engineers in the hopes they can pass interviews of clients they don't have only to fire them if they don't. Never mentioned in job description nor during interviews. Incompetent managers across the board. Sabotaging, emotional abuse and ghosting.

did not stay long enough to see avantages

Cons

they let me go when they did not find me a project, it was effective immediatly they gave me no time to search for new job. Even though they kept assuring that I dont need to worry, BTW I took a certification during the waiting, meaning I didn't see that coming.

Hr and management are useless. They hired people then laid them off soon after they started not a good look
