Pros
The people are quite cool, the working atmosphere is nice and the company is not really taking much attention if you are coming late.
Cons
But they are not taking attention to the time you are leaving as well. Extra hours are legion (50h a week or more), and this is non paid. There is no career opportunity as the company is small and not growing, you will stay at your position for years. The technology used are legacy to not say outdated.
