This is a failing company, there's no good reason to work here.
Cons
Every thing is a con. You might meet one or two decent people to work with. The while thing is one big power struggle, everyone wants to be in charge and no body wants to put their ego aside to get work done. The company is being managed by the owners 20 something son. When I left, there were no sales personnel to actually market the orthotic braces. They hire local bums, junkies, ex fellons- it's not very professional. The only way to move up is brown nose and yes- man your way to the top. They're constantly looking to cut costs, so you're always trying to make top quality product out of cheap materials. The time limits and expectations on the jobs are set by people who haven't built the products in years, so it's basically nonsense. The scariest thing about the place is the instability and disorganization. They lay off frequently so don't expect to maintain any kind of life style with this place. The owner formerly would bring his little dog in and it would bite people. This isn't a place for successful people.
