      Pros

      Potential for products produced to solve lots of challenges and be big but owner lacks vision and strategy. Good at engineering very poor people skills.

      Cons

      Owner does not pay people, and is prone to abusive outbursts. Self reflection and ability to take ownership does not exist. Creates unsafe work environment and cares little for employees. Has little to know management skills and providing direction. Very dirty and messy place.

      Nothing good about this place

      Cons

      Owner is crazy, yells at his employees. Two of the his main people left and don't talk to him. Doesn't pay on time. Makes mistakes with billing and blames others. No accountability at all from owner. Super poor communication and uses racist language. Don't work here,
