Pros

Lots of time off, generous sick time policy, Remote work!! If you are good at finding the answers by discovering them yourself in the moment kudos!

Cons

I feel misled about what the company wanted me to do in this role. They were not forthcoming about the fact that I was going to be handling so many third-party integrations in the interview process. My advice…. Sign up for the trial of Unbounce’s Builders. Look closely into the integrations they support. If you understand that stuff then the job just might be for you, If not… Honestly think twice about this role at Unbounce.. Management and leadership make people think that the company is doing well and being innovative but in reality they hide things from employees to keep morale high.

Pros

Great management team, positive and ultra competent crew, amazing new digs (not open space galore), willingness to constantly improve, genuine desire for work/life balance... the list goes on and on... It really is just the best place to work in Van.

Cons

Self-introspecting, exploring and experimenting are all necessary in a growing company, but also have downsides in the form of unclear directions and wasted efforts.
