      Pros

      Unbounce's interview process was smooth - I had 2 rounds and was hired within 2 weeks of the first interview. The onboarding was smooth and informative. Their perks and benefits are amazing, one of the best I've seen at an organization of this size. The fully remote flexibility offers great work life balance.

      Cons

      Everyone here is welcoming & open to feedback. No major red flags.

      Pros

      Great management team, positive and ultra competent crew, amazing new digs (not open space galore), willingness to constantly improve, genuine desire for work/life balance... the list goes on and on... It really is just the best place to work in Van.

      Cons

      Self-introspecting, exploring and experimenting are all necessary in a growing company, but also have downsides in the form of unclear directions and wasted efforts.
