Unbound is an amazing place to work. Strong mission, vision, and leadership. Incredibly impact doing really important work. Great benefits and truly strive to treat employees with respect investing in people and their growth. I have referred multiple friends to work here and will continue to do so. :)

Good work/life balance; Employee benefits are a little above average; Good nonprofit mission

Lack of identity; Lack of clear vision for strategy/future; Severe lack of experience at the executive management level; Lack of experience in the Board of Directors; Erosion of the faith-based values that the organization has held near-and-dear for 40+ years
