UJ is a great place to work. I worked in the corporate office in Nashville and the people there were so sweet and fun to work with. Leaving UJ was really hard and I wouldn't have if I didn't need to for a career growth opportunity. Kristin (CEO) is a great person and everyone in the office loved her. The other managers were all great too and really cared about the team. I felt like I was paid well and had good work life balance. We had lots of team events and there was a real "family" like feel in the office. I miss my UJ family.
Cons
Literally the only con was the COO. I went out of my way to avoid him because he gave me really bad vibes. I always felt like he was trying intimidate people in the office and some of the things he said came off as threatening. One of my coworkers told me she was scared of him and I knew why. He also talked about how rich his family was and how rich many of his friends are right after saying something that seemed like a threat. The thing that worried me most about him was that he would talk about how people from his previous companies had upset him in some way and it always seemed like he was communicating he had gotten revenge or planned to. These were events from YEARS before!! I've learned to be watchful of people that hold grudges like that. He was the reason many of my friends left. I didn't want to leave this review but felt like I needed to :(
