Pros
They contract to big companies like JPMC, AllianceBernstein, etc. so you will have good resume experience.
Cons
Everything else. Only work here as entry level and make sure you leave in a year at most. The pay is low because they take a big cut of the cost of contracting you. There is no upward mobility or lateral movement. You "bosses" will not work on site with you, so they really have no idea who you are or how hard you work and you will never get noticed if you are a good worker. Senior level techs / managers are only there because they were lazy and complacent and couldn't find another job and so stay there for close to a decade til they could move up. Promotions are not based on merit. Anyone who has a brain would leave this company as soon as they could. It is not the type of place for a top-level performer. If you are in school, however, it's a great place to get started part time and even maybe a year after college, simply for the big names you can consult for. But after you get your resume experience, LEAVE. They do not cultivate growth or care about workplace morale. Their only goal is to fill requests and keep contracts, you're really nothing but a workhorse and they can replace you anytime. Raises and bonuses? Forget about it. Benefits kick in after 6 months and it's not a big whoop. They do not match 401k. Again, this company is full of COMPLACENT workers so get ready to be thrown under the bus if something goes wrong on your project, it's all about seniority here and they won't listen to you.
