I enjoyed every day at this job, there were down times, that was worked out and communicated properly, being part of team, that works was amazing.

Lower management is great. They are patient with the angry employees that are tired of being mistreated by upper management.

Company used to have great vacation package. They killed it. Poor pay. Didn't raise it after stealing our vacation time. Took more than half of the vacation days away, which really was the only decent benefit the company offered. Terrible benefits, which don't appear to be contributed to by the company at all. Family health insurance is astronomical, and when all is said and done, you have nothing left in your paycheck. Then you still have the huge deductible. Dental plan is a joke, as are all the other "benefits" that aren't really benefits. Generally, a benefit is something provided at least in part to the employee, not purchased in full by the employee. This company could care less about the people that service their huge contracts. All they do it take, and then leave the poor lower management to deal with their stupid and oppressive positions. Then they wonder why their sites are a revolving door. No real PTO or sick time. This company is a joke.
