Pros
Working condition are good to very good. If you want a job where there is not much to do or you like working with old technologies then this job is for you.
Cons
Sometimes you don't have anything to do, working with old technologies like java 5-6, struts, xsl, custom 90's framework. Hard working is not really appreciated, not a competitive job. Not so many promotion possibilities for developers.
