Pros
Relatively stable work environment. Good programs for the so-called "talents" within the group. Very good benefits especially for middle/top management.
Cons
Rooted Italian culture unacceptable for a group whose presumption is to be international. Low salaries for juniors (at least up to 5 years experience). HR doesn't fulfill employees expectations.
