      Uniflight has a great family atmosphere and takes care of it's hard working employees.

      Cons

      Uniflight is still growing but has always been a top place to take aircraft.

      Employee's are spread out over 4 different states, makes it hard to get to everyone.

      They will give you work if you want it.

      Cons

      Too much work to do in the time allotted. Not enough money to pay bills, and having to negotiate payment plans with vendors.
