Pros
This is a place where you'll love coming in to work every morning. The culture is terrific. You get the sense that everyone cares about the products and while we all work hard we also play hard. Company funded happy hours and ice cream parties are the norm. The kitchen is fully stocked with snacks and drinks, lunch is catered every Friday, you can work from home once a week, and the work day starts at 10 am. The leadership team makes a concerted effort to listen and act on the concerns brought up by the team (concerns are raised anonymously through regular surveys). We use the latest technologies and you will learn a ton.
Cons
The salary is competitive, but it's not amazing. This is somewhat mitigated by the amount of equity you get during the negotiation process. Benefits are just ok. There's no 401(K) matching and to make matters worse it's a Roth 401(K). There's some talk of these improving, but so far nothing concrete. Space is limited, but it's not uncomfortable yet.
