Pros

Small and diverse team. Fun residential activities. Free Vaccine. Good work-life balance.

Cons

Incompetent managers are creating a toxic work culture. Poor benefits package. The property is poorly maintained and you are set to be blamed for things that the management caused. I have also seen the my boss steal residents items in the common area and pretend to not know when they are questioned.

Thank you also for your feedback regarding our diverse team. We are delighted that you recognise and appreciate this aspect of UniLodge, as inclusivity is a core value and we strive to create an environment that celebrates people from all backgrounds. We are equally pleased to hear that the Customer Service Coordinator role supports a balanced lifestyle. We further appreciate you raising concerns regarding property management. Please be assured that we take such matters very seriously. In particular, we note the issue of theft that has been brought to our attention. UniLodge has a zero-tolerance approach to such behaviour, and this will be addressed appropriately. We encourage you to contact human.resources@unilodge.com.au to provide further details, as we are committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all employees.
