Pressure to perform, low pay, and poor management - Customer Service Representative UniWyo Employee Review

Pros

Company cares more about their public image than the people that work there. There is a lot of pressure to outperform early on. However, the benefits are good (health insurance, dental, vision, 401k) but the pay is pretty low compared to other credit unions. They also keep their departments small and seems like they want to close upper positions in the future even though most departments are overwhelmed.

Cons

Pay, poor management, high expectations

Pros

The culture is real, not just a slogan. Kindness, support, and teamwork show up at every level. You feel encouraged to grow, speak up, and bring your whole self to work. Leadership listens. They’re approachable, honest, and willing to roll up their sleeves right alongside us. When something needs to improve, they don’t shy away from the hard work. You get to make a difference. Whether it’s helping members reach financial goals or showing up for community events, you feel the impact of what you do. Growth is part of the job. Professional development is encouraged, and there’s always someone willing to mentor or help you reach that next step.

Cons

Like any growing organization, we’re still refining processes and communication. But the momentum is positive, and the commitment to continuous improvement is obvious.
