Cons
- some projects use very old technologies and are boring; - most of the team leaders never had this position outside of the company and don't really know what they're doing; - the FE team leader doesn't act professional, he makes decisions based on his own preferences and doesn't listen to the team. He promotes his favourites, the rest of the team has a hard time with career opportunities in the team; - some Senior developers who got their position through close association with the Team Leader, are very insecure and tend to backstab the Mid developers if they have potential to overgrow them.
